After-School Enrichment

An after-school program worth looking forward to.

Give families an enrichment option with something real at its center. Guild Hall brings creative technology and project-based learning to your school, making after-school time a chance to explore an interest, collaborate and enjoy the satisfaction of figuring something out.

Keep curiosity going after the bell

Time to build skills, not just finish an activity.

A recurring program gives students opportunities to practice, revisit an idea and become more confident with a process. We handle program planning, staffing and delivery for the agreed series. Your school works with us on enrollment, the calendar and day-to-day arrangements, while instructors connect playful exploration with purposeful learning.

An interest to explore

Choose a theme around robotics, coding, engineering or creative technology. A clear focus helps families understand the experience and students know what they can look forward to.

A sequence with room to grow

Build in opportunities to return to a technique and use it in a new way. A longer series allows more time for testing, questions and increasingly independent decisions.

A group to create with

Making alongside other students brings opportunities to exchange ideas, ask for help and explain a discovery. Collaboration becomes part of the activity itself.

The value for your school

A stronger enrichment offer for your school community.

Schools can offer families a focused creative experience without building a new STEM program from scratch. Discuss the age group, interest level and intended progression with us so the series complements your wider after-school offering.

From first conversation to program day.

  1. Identify the grade band, likely enrollment and theme families would value.
  2. Plan a 6–12 week option around your calendar, holidays and room availability.
  3. Agree enrollment, fees, school staff roles, dismissal and pickup procedures.

Questions from school teams.

Can different grades take part?

We shape the program for the selected age range. Share your intended grades so we can discuss grouping, activity complexity and whether separate sessions would work better.

Who delivers the sessions?

Guild Hall handles the planning, staffing and delivery of the agreed enrichment program. Confirm school staff responsibilities and on-site coordination before launch.

Who manages registration and pickup?

Enrollment, payment arrangements, dismissal and pickup are agreed with your school. We establish those responsibilities during planning rather than assuming every school uses the same process.

What if our calendar needs a different format?

Share the available dates and session length. The 6–12 week model is a starting point for discussing a series that fits your school.
